The Cultured Cup is a wholesaler of tea, coffee and chocolate based out of Dallas, TX. In 1995, the company started out as a sole tea vendor for Mariage Frères, now The Cultured Cup has expanded to offering over 100 teas from all over the globe.
Kyle Stuart and Phil Krampetz are the owners and I happened to have the privilege of not only meeting them but also learning from their vast tea knowledge!

I highly encourage you to visit The Cultured Cup if you are in the Dallas area or if you are planning on being in the area. The small sitting room is just what the tea addict looks for! The place is very small, probably holds 6 to 10 individuals comfortably, so don’t take a bunch of friends. However, the experience is just enough for you to sit around, taste the teas that you want (for free!) and ask Kyle and Phil any questions that you want!

I ended up tasting Basil Lemon Oolong and it is no wonder why I ended up taking it home! Such a perfectly blended Oolong! The basil isn’t more dominant than the lemon, nor vice versa. There are chunks of candied lemon peel that add a slight sweetness. The aroma is divine! I absolutely love this tea and I know I will go back to The Cultured Cup if it’s not just to re-stock my Basil Lemon Oolong!

If you do not live in the Dallas area, you can purchase Basil Lemon Oolong Tea, amongst others, online via The Cultured Cup website. While you're online, don’t forget to follow @teaendblog on Instagram, tumblr, and all other social media sites! Like our Facebook page also and subscribe to Tea End Monthly Newsletter, it’s free!
Until next time, may you continue to sip happily ever after…
